Information for Stallholders
North Rocks Market is open each Sunday from 7am to 1pm. Parking for visitors available onsite from 8am - donation welcomed.
The market is open to Permanent and Casual stallholders. No bookings required.
Casual Stallholders are requested to queue up prior to 6.30am across the road from the market entry, in the western end of the North Rocks Shopping Centre (refer map below). For assistance, please ask a Rotary volunteer who will be wearing a yellow apron with a Rotary emblem.
Permanent stallholders have the opportunity to take their site from 6 to 6.30 am. After this, the Market team will direct Casual Stallholders to an unoccupied site from 6.30am.
Stallholders will be required to record your personal details and declare rightful ownership of goods on entering the market.

Stall Details
- We supply the stall space. Tables are available to hire for $5 each. Please bring all other equipment (for example: marquee, clothing racks).
- We do not supply power.
- The fee is $40 per site which includes insurance for Public Liability as required by the landlord.
- The fee is collected after you have entered the market.
- We find that the buyer traffic drops after midday, and vendors wind down to pack-up. We are required to have the site clean and vacated by 2.00pm.
- Please take all of your unsold items with you (no dumping at the market).
- You may arrive or depart the market at any time, but please ask for guidance if pedestrian traffic is still abundant.
